A brand new luxury residential condominium Martin Modern is set to launch in the Second Half of 2017

Singapore, 24 April 2017 – The GuocoLand Limited Group (“GuocoLand”) revealed preliminary information of its latest luxury residential condo project in prime core central region which is strategically located at the crossing of Martin Place and River Valley Close – an upscale residential neighbourhood within District 9.

Yip Yuen Hong from ipli Architects is the appointed master architect for Martin Modern while ADDP Architects will take on the role of the project architect. The landscape work will be undertaken by ICN Design International.

Mr Yip Yuen Hong, a four-time President’s Design Award winner, is an exclusive architect having designed and handcrafted many unique Good Class Bungalows for Singapore’s most affluent residents.
