URA closes tender for residential site at Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel C)

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the residential site at Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel C) today.

The site at Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel C) was launched for public tender on 14 March 2017. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
