URA Launches 1H2017 GLS Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel C) Residential Site

Tampines Avenue 10 GLS Released by URA for Tender

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel C) located in District 18 for sale by public tender today and can potentially yield about 715 residential units.

The residential site in the Eastern Region was earmarked under the Confirmed List of the 1st half 2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. Based on the URA Master Plan 2014, the entire stretch of land parcel has been designated for private residential which healthy interest in upcoming developments such as The Alps Residences and The Santorini.

The land parcel is located alongside several residential developments such as The Santorini, Q Bay Residences and Arc At Tampines. The units on the higher with the high floor could enjoy the greenery view over the Tampines Quarry.
