The Woodleigh Residences and The Woodleigh Mall  feature as an integrated residence and shopping mall with direct access to Woodleigh MRT Station. The development will feature the  first air-conditioned basement bus interchange in Singapore. The condominium offers panoramic views of lush greenery and serene waters in Bidadari Park.

Kajima and SPH will set aside 6,000 square metre for Community Club and a 2,200 square metre for Neighbourhood Police Centre to support community bonding. Both premises shall be managed by their respective users People’s Association (PA) and the Singapore Police Force (SPF).
