Oxley Holdings Limited (“Oxley”) is a home-grown Singaporean property developer with a primary focus in property development and property investment. Since its inception, Oxley has been aggressively growing its presence locally and overseas and transfer-listed on SGX Mainboard in 2013. Today, Oxley has offices across twelve geographic locations in Singapore, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Myanmar, Australia, Japan and Vietnam.

Over the years, Oxley has developed its expertise beyond property development to project management and consultancy expertise in Myanmar.

Oxley maintains a diverse portfolio of property development in residential, commercial and industrial projects featuring key elements such as prime locations, desirable lifestyle features and preferred designs.


Milestones in Merger and Acquisition

As part of its strategic expansion, Oxley ventured into partnerships with reputable local and overseas developers. In 2013, Oxley acquired a 20% stake in Galliard (Group) Limited, a leading property developer, hospitality and management group overseeing developments across London and Southern England.

Oxley further expanded its overseas presence through its acquisition of a 40% stake in Pindan Group Pty Ltd, an integrated project group based in Western Australia, and a 15% stake in United Engineers, a Singapore property development and engineering company that was founded in 1912.


Investments in Singapore
In 2017, Oxley turn its sights back to Singapore and acquired several land parcels mainly via collective sales, turning it to one of the largest sandbank developer in Singapore.

Several notable larger sites such as Rio Casa, Serangoon Ville, Mayfair Gardens, Vista Park and two other smaller sites at Toh Green and Apartment 8 were were all acquired in 2017. The overall acquisitions makes Oxley possessing one of the largest land bank in 2018.
